[TripAdvisor Contribution] Library Bar - 11th floor, smoke free and tasty panini!
Living across the road from the Radisson, I headed over for an evening with a work colleague to enjoy some beer and a bite to eat.
We headed up to the Library Bar as it is smoke free and usually peaceful. There was only a handful of others in the bar. Staff very pleasant and friendly, and happy to keep the supply of beer coming.
I enjoyed a very tasty tenderloin panini, and will definitely be having one of them again!
